Fruit Smoothie

1 1/2 CUPS OF PINEAPPLE JUICE (OR ANY JUICE YOU LIKE)
1 CUP OF FAT FREE MILK
STRAWBERRIES
1 BANANNA
2 SPOONFULS OF LOWFAT VANILLA YOGURT
FILL THE BLENDER WITH ALL INGREDIENTS,
BLEND AND ENJOY
