And the winners are...

Our winners for Week 5 are...

Kiersten and Amy with 822 points. A close 2nd place were Jodie and Celeste with 820 points!

That could make the end results a little fun!!!

We're getting close to the end. Are you going to finish strong? What are your excuses for not doing what you know you should be doing? Make a list of them and through them in the garbage. You don't deserve those excuses!!!

I've been catching myself lately saying things that aren't helping me out in the realm of things. I catch myself saying things like, "I hate how fat my hips and thighs are", I wish my arms weren't so flabby", "It takes forever to lose as much as I want to lose", "I'm FAT!!!"

I'm sure that none of you ever say things like that, right? Watch what you say to yourself. I've had to write on my bathroom mirror different positive sayings for me to run through my brain so that I won't repeat all of those negative thoughts. The more I repeat the positive thoughts, the more I start to believe those thoughts and avoid thinking the negative ones. It wouldn't hurt for us all to give this a shot for the next 2 1/2 weeks. It wouldn't hurt anyone. They're just words. Or are they? Try it for the next few weeks and see how it turns out for you.

You are all amazing! Keep going. You'll improve if you just stick to it.
