OK! I'm not doing so good lately! I didn't post the winners from last week. I won't even give you my excuses for not posting.

I noticed that everyone had lower points this past week! It must be that crazy weather we dealt with. I think I'm going to have to start getting tough on everyone. This slacking on our Great in 8 just will not do! Tighten up your belts and lets see if we can all get over 390 points. Maybe we should all shoot for 400 points or higher! For those that don't get over the 400 points, we'll take points away. If you get over 400 points, we'll add bonus points. Maybe I won't be that tough but hey, you never know what I'll do. It is Spring and the sun is shining. No excuses to not be out running around with your kids, take a jog or just take a walk and soak up some sun. If you're tempted to eat that candy bar or Diet pop, DON'T!!! Go outside and do something fun. Plant something, wash your vehicle, go to a nursery and look at all the flowers/trees. Just get out and live your life. Don't sit around your house wishing you could be 10 lbs skinnier. It ain't going to happen sweetie! Even if you don't feel like exercising, do it anyway! We want to be GREAT and we only have 3 1/2 weeks left to make ourselves GREAT!!!! That isn't very long if you think about it. Make the decision and get serious! Don't deprive yourself. Just don't overindulge in the good things in life.
Ok, that's good for now. I'll probably email you soon and make sure you're out and about and doing what you are suppose to do! If you're already doing what you should do, get on the phone and visit with someone else that's doing this. They might need some motivation!
