Better late than never, right?

I almost forgot to post this. Sorry.


Week 6
We are so close! WooHoo!!

Each daily item is worth 1 point.
You can do these daily calendar items on any day that works for your schedule.

Monday – Clean a window or mirror that needs a good makeover!

Tuesday – Read a talk from April Conference and journal your feelings on what you read.

Wednesday – Find something in your kitchen to clean. Pantry, fridge (under or inside)
under/inside the stove, microwave, fronts of cupboards!

Thursday – Pick one thing you would like to improve on and write it down. If it has to do with a food habit and you improve on that habit for 1 week (like having no pop for one week) then give your self an extra 5 points.

Friday – Grill something healthy for dinner. Maybe invite some neighbors over to enjoy it with you.

Saturday – Go to the park and play. Get on the swings and show your kids
you know how to have fun!

Sunday – Rent the movie Fireproof and watch it with your spouse. If you've already seen Fireproof, get the movie 'Facing the Giants'. Your whole family would love either of these movies. Give yourself an extra 10 points for this calendar item.

***Plan a date with your husband this week and you can have a free night (no minus points for the date).
Take a minute and write down a goal you'd like to accomplish for the last 3 weeks
of Great in 8. You can give yourself 5 extra points this week if you write it down and put it up somewhere you will see it. You get 15 extra points at the end of the 8 weeks if you accomplish your goal! Good luck!
