Week 5 Calendar

Week 5
You're looking GREAT!

Each daily item is worth 1 point.
You can do these daily calendar items on any day that works for your schedule.

Monday – What's your favorite scripture? Email me your favorite or a couple of your favorite scripture verses.

Tuesday – Make a phone call to a friend you haven't talked to in awhile.

Wednesday – Write down 10 things you love and admire about your husband. Share those things with him in a creative way. (Extra 2 points if you write
down more than 25 things)

Thursday – Sit and meditate about how beautiful you are for 5 minutes.
Lock yourself in a closet if necessary!

Friday – It helps you feel better sometimes to have a clean vehicle. Go wash your vehicle and vacuum it out. (You might just get a better view of your future!)

Saturday – Make a meal during the day special for everyone in your family- not just your spouse. (Candles, fancy place settings, etc.)

Sunday – Write a letter/card to someone you live close to. Any type of letter would be ok. Thank you, get better, congrats, thinking of you. Make sure you mail it on Monday!

***For extra points this week: If you emailed you points before 8 PM on Monday, you get an extra 5 points for week 5. Give yourself an extra 2 points each day for eating a green salad with dinner (that's 2 points with each dinner- total of 14 EXTRA points!)

For some really good extra points, read one of the books that are listed on the blog. Give yourself an extra 20 points for any of the books you read. If you read Love & Respect, you can have 30 points. If your spouse reads any of the books along with you, you get an extra 10 points for the books he reads.
